「Arrived Monday afternoon, member of staff said the chef had done a runner, on the Tuesday another member of staff said the chef had a day off, on the Wednesday another member of staff said the chef had taken an extra day off and offered us tea and coffee and cornflakes foc. The bar closed at 5 so if you wanted an evening meal you had to order early, that is if the chef was in. Sorry i cant give this hotel a rating, and the shower was hopless.」

「A few disappointments. For the price of accommodation I would have expected better. There was a smell of stale cooking in the bathroom which I think could have been coming from the towels...they didn't smell nice at all. The complimentary biscuits were not replenished on the 2nd day. Toast was served on entering dining room for breakfast but was cold by the time breakfast was served. I asked if I could get a latte coffee and was told they don't serve these in the morning. We tried to order a...

「We arrived at the property to find that we had been double booked and no room was available as the property was now full. We had to find alternative accommodation in the area and we luckily found one property that had one room left. Grassington lodge offered no help in finding alternative accommodation due to their error. Extremely disappointed with how it was all handled and how we was treated and we would never use or recommend this property in the future.」
