"Friendly staff, clean rooms"

"I like the place was a good place and the staff are very welcoming. As one thing I didn't like I booked one bedroom King bed, I end up with two single beds. But they promise me to change in the morning and they didn't. I was not happy about it."

"The view from my room was absolutely amazing. This is one of the very few hotels whose view looks directly DOWN the river. Not at the river like legitimately looks down the river when you look straight out of your hotel room. It’s amazing. The rooms are a bit dated but the price was right for what we paid. There’s no pool which was disappointing but the location is 10/10. Parking is kinda expensive but honestly just having a car in Chicago is expensive in general. Their parking valet service worked well and they always had my car ready within about 15 min. "
