“Well appointed and clean house. Convenient for shops and restaurants. Lovely beach a short walk away. Indian restaurant in Camber is great.”

“I was disappointed with this stay. For the amount of money it cost, the caravan was not clean, was overcrowded and needs a lot of smarting up. You had to pay extra to have bedding which I think is unreasonable, particularly how much it cost per night anyway. Communication with the host was fine but not great. Unfortunately I won’t be recommending or returning to this property. ”

“My son and I had a lovely stay in The Old Borough Arms. Excellent staff, supremely welcoming and friendly. They go above and beyond for their guests. Cozy room, with all you need to have comfortable and enjoyable stay. The highlight: The most delightful breakfast on the terrace! Definitely recommended.”

“Room was clean, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, especially as I have food intolerances. Free parking which is rare in Rye. Close to restaurants and pubs in Rye. We had a riverside room which is much quieter than streetside. ”

“This Guest house is a real gem! More like a boutique hotel. Our room was spacious, warm and beautifully decorated. Excellent shower with lots of hot water and great pressure! Bed was super comfortable. The Owners and staff were very helpful and friendly :) The breakfast menu was varied and delicious. Perfect location in Old town. Parking very close by. We will definitely be back! Thank you to all for a fabulous stay! ”
