"We had a wonderful two-night stay at Shangri-La Phnom Penh with our family, and the overall experience was excellent. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, friendly, and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. Both check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, which set a great tone for the visit. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety, although there were no Indian options available by default. When we requested some, the chef and team were very accommodating and kindly prepared delicious South Indian breakfast dishes for us. This thoughtful gesture made our mornings even more special, especially for my mother, who thoroughly enjoyed it. Our room was cozy, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to relax after a day out. The hotel also features a rooftop bar and restaurant, which adds a nice touch to the overall experience. Overall, we had a very pleasant and memorable stay at Shangri-La, and we would gladly return in the future."

"Hotel was great staff were awsome. If I have one complaint is when I asked if the could book me taxi to airport they could but the cost is 36 usd far to expensive organized own transport and it was 15 usd and that was with no negotiating I'm sure I could have got even cheaper if used grab app. It's not staffs fault just hotel policy I guess."

"We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this place. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication was easy, and everything we needed was provided. The location was excellent, especially for anyone new to the city. It made getting around simple and provided convenient access to many of the area's attractions, restaurants, and neighborhoods. Overall, a great experience and a perfect home base for exploring the city."

"One of my top hotel experiences of my life so far. I've stayed in some of the fanciest resorts and hotels you can name throughout the world and this one takes the cake. Laundry included, two separate beautiful pools, attentive staff, café opens at 4 AM with fresh croissants at 4:30 AM, free daily massages, incredible clean updated rooms with everything you could possibly need, Complementary tuck tuck tuck you around town or wherever you need, cold hand towels waiting when you return the resort without fail, every tour they arranged for us was top-notch and reasonable, located in a wonderful neighborhood where you can walk to coffee shops, restaurants, Matcha whatever you need, complementary incredible breakfast and restaurant on site, twice daily housekeeping, no tipping until you check out, the owner greeted us at check-in and explained everything and was a delight. I can't say enough. If you're going to Siem Riep stay here!"

"This hotel is a hidden little gem! We took a chance based on other reviews and were certainly not disappointed! The rooms were very clean, the staff was very accommodating, and the spa services were next level. If and when we ever return to Phnom Penh, we will definitely return to Baitong. 10/10 would recommend."
