"Stay two nights in early May. Loved the hotel. Very clean, comfortable, quiet. Good size room all new renovation. The bath room was great!! The crew the did the work did an amazing job. Love the huge map on the wall. Room had a balcony. A bit of a walk to downtown but there is a free bus that is convenient. Staff was friendly. Would stay again."

"Hot tub was nice and hot. The water slide was very exciting the sauna actually worked! Breakfast was pretty good with some real food like plain yogurt and oats. The breakfast room staff was very knowledgeable about which foods were gluten free and even made me gluten free toast in a separate toaster! The beds were comfy and the mountain view was great once the clouds cleared. The only thing I would change is replace the old bike in the fitness room with the supremely uncomfortable seat and pedals with rusted buckles for the toe clips with a recumbent bike. "

"We enjoyed our overall stay! We traveled with younger kids and our suite was perfect. I would recommend Lake Loiuse for its beautiful scenery, quietness and friendly staff. That said there is not much activites for families qith kids under 7yrs of age, specially whe. Alot of the trails were closed due to the icy pedway conditions. We still made it worth our stay, travelled to Banff and enjoy the outtings. "
