“Our room was very clean and nice. We enjoyed listening to the birds and having a cup of coffee on our deck before going for breakfast. We were unable to walk to brkfst or dinner at Jaguar because my husband was experiencing severe back and leg pain. There are so many activities to enjoy there! Jarvis kindly picked us up each morning and returned us to our cabin. He was wonderful. Everyone was so nice. Victor always made us feel special and always had a smile on his face. “We’ve payed around 5000 dollars to enjoy 3 days and 2 nights, considering that we were star class, the check-in process was fine, they explained us our benefits, etc… During this period of time, the food was awful. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner is this So Cal Buffet, and the quality of the food was horrible. The food was cold, cheap, disgusting and even hard to even look at or swallow.
