The room was clean. The resort was quiet and walkable to many amenities. The views are amazing. The Pool area surpassed other resorts on the seawall. We utilized the kitchen area in the lobby to make a quick breakfast with complimentary coffee. The staff was courteous and attentive.

Very clean with excellent services from daily maid service. This is not a luxury hotel but one without the bells and whistles to give a lay back stay in a truly Isla Mujeres atmosphere! Very comfortable close to restaurants but away from the crowds!

Excelente Hotel para hospedarse varios días, ya sea en Familia, Amigos o Pareja. Dado que el Personal es atento/amable (te pueden guardar tus maletas hasta la hora de Check In/Out), la ubicación del lugar es excelente por estar a una distancia de 5-10 mins caminando de la Terminal de Ferry Ultramar (el cual no es nada difícil de llegar porque solo necesitan agarrar una Calle que los lleva directo al lugar) y a 15-20 mins de Playa Norte. Además que el Hotel esta cerca de un mirador donde pueden encontrar todo tipo de Restaurantes y Bares (ideal para comer o cenar algo), y también tiene en frente un Supermercado o un Oxxo a 3 cuadras, por lo que es muy conveniente para ir comprarse algunas Bebidas y Botanas. Respecto al Cuarto que me hospede con 1 cama tamaño King, el cuarto estaba muy amplio (al igual que su baño), el diseño del cuarto también lo sentí único por sus cuadritos en forma de mosaico en las paredes del baño, Piso blanco marmoleado y muebles de madera que le dan un toque fino, cama muy cómoda, y lo mejor de todo, el Balcón con 2 sillas y vista al Mar que es ideal para observar el amanecer (6:40-7:20). El Hotel cuenta con una Alberca que tiene horarios de operación hasta las 20:00 hrs, por lo que es ideal para meterse un rato por la noche después de haber regresado de la Playa y haber observado el atardecer. Aun si no se meten a la Alberca, podrían estar en los Camastros que tiene alrededor de esta para disfrutar de la Brisa por la noche y el Ambiente romántico.

Great staff clean room, gorgeous view and walking distance to everything in the northern part of the island. Unfortunately the little fridge froze my food and never got fixed. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay.

Clean rooms! Our requests were fulfilled and great staff!!! The view was spectacular. Very clean hotel. Door knob needs replaced and should consider moving air conditioner so it blows into main living space instead of straight toward bathroom. The view was breathtaking and very good location to all the shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Rocamar. Great location near Centro with its shopping and restaurants. A short walk to Playa Centro and Playa Norte. Our room had a sea view with a good size balcony. Enjoyed listening to the waves crashing every evening. Check in and out were efficient and friendly. Room is basic but clean. AC worked well, beds were comfortable and the water pressure was good. Only complaint was that the bathroom curtain needed to be washed.

They were doing construction, 1 day a man was standing on a ladder directly in front of my door and we almost ran into him and he said nothing the following day I was woken up by banging that sounded like it was in the room next to me and above me this went on for over 30 minutes before we just left the hotel for the day. The bedding had black fuz like particles throughout the sheets and they were present after each cleaning.
