「This is definitely a hotel where you will find peace and tranquility. The balcony experience was amazing. The location is excellent, in a very quiet area. Perhaps the only drawback is the lack of a refrigerator in the room, but the fact that it's a pub could be a reasonable justification.」

「Lovely golf course and breakfast was great but slow. Room was very dated and the bed had a huge dip in the middle. Very outdated and an old TV so couldn't even put on Netflix and relax.」

「The spa is the only thing that saves this hotel as without it it would be a very poor hotel. Rooms are very dated, our bed was like a camp bed very uncomfortable. Breakfast in Sage took an hour to be served and it wasn’t even busy. Give staying guests at least the option to go get yoghurt and pastries etc. while they wait for the breakfast cooked meal, having to wait for everything to be served is really old hat these days. 「They use an older form of key card to unlock the door. It's a swipe card, it did not swipe which ment returning to reception to get it programmed again, very inconvenient when I had 3 bags with me. Everything else was good, including the breakfast. Just one thing I don't like is taking a deposit to cover any expenses, I am always worried that they or I will forget and I don't get my money back.」
