“Overall, I had a great stay at the Riu Guanacaste. The resort offers beautiful amenities, and there were plenty of activities and areas to enjoy. While some staff members came across as somewhat rude, many others were genuinely friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome. “Huge equine ooped all over our car everyday they also ran around the tin roofs all hours making noises and keeping us awake and on top of that huge mangos fall out of the trees you park under hitting your cars and splattering one staff member had her window broken out these mangos hit the tin roofs and you would think someone was attacking you in the middle of the night! We want stay again for this reason.”

“The building of the hotel has an old fashion Costa Rican vibe, room is clean and basic. Like the garden and the pool. No elevator though. The breakfast was made by a lovely lady in the kitchen right beside the lobby, that give me a feeling of visiting a friend’s home.”
