"This is our second year in same condo and couldnt ask for much better. Comfortable, clean and convenient to everything. Pool was outstanding and we found new (to us) restaurants this year. This is absolutely no reflection on our owner but perhaps guests in upper units could be reminded about noise level after midnight. We really only had an issue our last two nights."

"Christa was great to work with. Very responsive and friendly. The cottage was very clean, equipped with all toiletries, coffee, creamer and sweetener. Perfect location, only a couple of blocks from the bay and close to everything! Nice, quiet neighborhood! Will stay here again."

"I was so excited to stay here. I envisioned walking down that long, curvy pier to the end each day to watch the sunset, rocking in those rocking chairs cooled by the ceiling fans and reading a good book, sunning by the pool at night in the beautifully lit pool, watching all the different types of birds with the thoughtfully provided binoculars, and generally enjoying all the peace and quiet. But sadly most of that was not to be. Just before this reservation I fractured my tailbone in 2 places,...

"My spouse and our two furbabies enjoyed our stay there. It was very clean and the backyard was perfect for our two. The only thing I would recommend is have someone to work on the fence a little. There are openings where a small dog could wiggle through. Everyone enjoyed theor stay and would definitely stay there again."

Enjoy the evening in the back yard around the fire pit or perhaps in the park across the street. Absolutely delighted with our stay."

"Loved the porch with the rocking chairs. When we called asking about the key pad they were very helpful. The bed was hard to get in and out. Too close to the walls and my husband gouged his shins on the crooked bed frame."

"This is absolutely perfect for one or two people. Its a very cute little house. I guess it used to be a mother in law suite. The shower space is a bit tight. But overall I have no complaints. It is right on a main road. The noise isn't too bad though. It's also within a reasonable distance to everything. I'll definitely stay here again."

"We spent a relaxing week at this property enjoying the water views from inside and outside the home. The place was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The neighborhood was so friendly! We slept well on the king size bed. Having 2 full bathrooms was a real plus."

"We were in town for just that, my daughter's graduation and we secured this condo back in February for this occasion. The host was super helpful, she even offered payments in segments. The property was fully stocked with every need right down to beach chairs, beach towels, even hand lotion. It really was move in ready for us. I would most assuredly use this host and this property for your Pensacola Beach vacation and/or family function!!!"

"This was one of the best vacations my family and I have every been on. The private beach was amazing and my pup loved to dig in the sand too! We had a great time catching fish and crab off the dock, seeing the blue angels and also enjoying the beach just a few miles down the road. We can't wait to go back!"
