「It was really quiet and comforting. Liked having a pub to walk right down the stairs to. Only thing that we didn’t like was parking availability. My husband has a hard time walking. There’s no handicap parking available for guests. But we liked so well it would not cause us to stay somewhere else when we come to town again. 」

「The condo was beautifully appointed and relaxing. The host was amazing snd so very helpful. You can tell she wants her guests to be comfortable. Every detail was thoughtful with the guest's comfort in mind. The condo is only a short walk to the beach and a pool right out the back! An easy drive to either Atlantic Beach or Emerald Isle. It was the perfect place for our fall break getaway. 」

「The condo was very clean and updated nicely, beds were very comfy. We stayed here just for one night while we visited friends and it met all our needs. Neighbors were quiet and we were all able to get a good night's sleep. The only slightly misleading thing was the beach access: I thought it was adjacent to the property, but it's actually across the road--there is a crossing with lights, however. We did not use the pool but it looked very inviting with lots of chairs and shade. Definitely would...

「Just love the sweet village of Swansboro, the Sunday evening concert was a great ending to nice stay, the State Rooms have best seats for Bandstand!On another note, the hair dryer does not work. I was disappointed that no TV OTHER THAN STREAMING WAS AVAILABLE. I did not bring passwords etc. Basic TV is minimal in my opinion. A special alert of this prior to departing for trip would have made me bring passwords.」
