“It was clean and professional ”

“Very nice and clean. We did want our room fluffed but they did not, we did not need it but I like to have the room cleaned up every day. The people are very nice. Very convenient if you have to be around the hospital. ”

“We booked the Hotel, called to check on the room as there was a Power outage in the area due to snow. We were told on the phone the room was ready. We arrived, went to check in. The women a reception informed us "You know we have no electricity, hot water, all facilities were closed. They were were willing to check us in, noting that there are only lights in the hallways. How about close the Hotel and halt booking? Terrible Managment.”

“When we arrived they had no power. They couldn't accommodate us. I want a full refund”

“Perfect. We called about flight delay and they left our check-in info at the front desk. Great location. Wished we could have stayed longer. ”
