“Our room was damp and smelled musty. The carpet was outdated and did not feel clean. The bathroom ceiling had dark spots on the ceiling that appeared to be mold. The beds were stiff and uncomfortable and the pillows were flat and small. This was the most uncomfortable sleep I’ve had in a hotel room. We left the hotel two days earlier than our planned departure. We booked another hotel nearby.”

“Room was nice Check in was unacceptable. Room wasn’t ready until 4:30 and was never notified if it was earlier as stated by front desk One of our bathrooms was never cleaned. Towels still left on floor from day before Restaurant never accommodating for a hotel stay. Couldn’t even get coffee except in room which could have been diary and never replenished the 3 days we were here the powdered creamer Front entrance rug also needs to be cleaned also. Not very inviting for a front room entrance”

“This is our favorite place to stay on the Cape. Convenient location close to shops and restaurants and a nice drive to explore other towns.. All of the employees are always so nice and helpful and they seem happy to help. Nice big clean room, super comfortable bed, pillows not so comfortable, but that’s the only complaint I could ever make. We pick this place everytime we visit and we will continue to do so.”

“Inexpensive for the area. Short walk, about 10-15 minutes, to ferry terminal. Ate at Spanky’s and lobster roll was overloaded with lobster. Room was large, bed comfortable, and shower pressure good. Didn’t use pool but it looked inviting. Continental breakfast in morning with hot scrambled eggs and sausage patties. I would stay there again in the future. Parking onsite too.”

“The entire stay was very nice. The only problem we encountered was that the door to our room stuck and was at times very hard to open. We did not partake of the breakfast next door at the Comfort Inn.”
