Welcome to Villa Bermuda

Villa Bermuda is a gorgeous, breathtaking four-bedroom, two full bathroom luxury Villa with amazing amenities.
The home is situated in the highly desirable SW Cape Coral neighborhood in walking distance to Surfside Shops. Centrally located with a gulf access canal, great for fishing and in walking distance to restaurants and shopping, as well as great Parks for kids near Burnt Store and Pine Island Rd.
As soon as you open the door, you will be entering a large living room with breathtaking views. This home offers a lot of space, 3 queen size bedrooms and king queen bedroom with two full bathrooms as well as a designated office will give your family ample room and with the split floor plan enough privacy.
The home has great views of a magnificent southern facing canal exposure guaranteeing sun all day, but still being in the center of great conveniences. Welcome to Paradise.
This location offers a speedy drive to all essential locations in Cape Coral. It is about 5 minutes to Matlacha, 40 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 50 minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time of day.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, luxury and well-designed open vacation home.
Villa Bermuda can fit up to 8 guests very comfortable with this generous set up. For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted. The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and space as well as very modern amenities with many unique design accents. The kitchen, living room and dining table offer plenty of options to hang out, entertain and still be in the center of everything.
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its spacious island there is sufficient space to make great family memories and not feel separated from your loved ones.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining with a large table that has plenty of seating for 6 guests, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool or hot tub, relaxing on the lounge area or just watching beautiful sunsets from your southern facing pool deck.
Villa Bermuda truly has it all. With over four-hundred miles of canals, a plethora of restaurants, nature reserves, and nearby beach towns, this location offers a wide range of activities to suit every guest.

Beautiful property

The house is beautiful and has everything you would need. Any problems that arose were taken care of quickly. The pool is a nice addition they provided pool floats. Plenty of seating inside and out. The neighborhood was also nice and safe.
