We booked this stay for our family Christmas get together. The house was ready for us and communication was prompt and friendly. We had a great time relaxing together while the kids enjoyed themselves in the pool. It was a well run trip and we would stay again. Thank you.

Who doesn't have fun with friends? We all had a great time. Brought our 30' boat. Dock could use some tlc. Definitely takes 25 to 30 minutes to get out to the river from leaving the dock & then about a hour to get somewhere. There are several minimum wake zones. Cleaning lady need to be sure that there's hand soap in the bathrooms & not to leave them empty & have extra toilet paper. Half rolls in each bathroom & no extra rolls. The sliding glass door needs new rollers. Very difficult to open & close. We used the french doors. Communication was excellent with the property manager & I did make him aware of these things. All in all it is a nice house & as described just a few little things need to be done to make it even better.

Just to let u know the price you pay for this is not what you get. Kids wouldn't even go in pool, rust in most places. Our bathroom had ants on floor every day. Bugs in kitchens. Dishes we took out some had food still. Doors wouldn't work. Master mattress something gross on the side. Grille we didnt even cook on was disgusting not even close out food on. Yes we got to drop our food off early bit this place NOT WORTH IT. The u. Cleaning light does nothing we didng even want to touch anything.

Beautiful home , gracious host . We were fortunate to rent it for just a few days and it was a great home . Beautiful pool and furnishings. Thanks for the beautiful flower bouquet too James - enjoyed them.
