House was clean and exactly as described in post. 1 minor issue with pans for induction cook top but management company remedied concern immediately. Great host

Super Unterkunft. Wir sind seit 2014 fast jedes Jahr in Cape Coral und diese Villa war die bisher gepflegteste und am beste gewartete Unterkunft die wir hatten. Können wir nur empfehlen. Leider ist derzeit die Schleuse geschlossen und dadurch kann man keine vorbeifahrenden Boote beobachten. Hat aber mit der Unterkunft an sich nichts zu tun. Zu unserer Zeit war es super ruhig ringsrum, was jetzt etwas anders sein könnte, da auf der gegenüberliegenden Kanalseite am letzten Tag Bauarbeiten für ein neues Haus begonnen haben.
