"This was our second time staying at this property and it was just as wonderful as the first time we stayed! The house was clean and neat and had everything we needed to make our week stay comfortable. The weather was cool and wet, but we fully expected that this time of year and it didn't prevent us from going down to the beach every day or enjoying all the hiking and other activities around the area. Communicating with Jim, the host, was incredibly easy and timely. Highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay on Oregon's coast."

"My book club scheduled a 3 night stay to celebrate my birthday, and will not stop gushing about it. We already can't wait for our next retreat! Several book club members even sent the listing to their families to plan beachside vacations in 2026. We especially loved:- everything in the (extensively stocked) kitchen is labeled, so you knew exactly what something was and where it went.- that there are spare wheelchairs and a ramp in the garage, making it very accessible- EV charger in the garage- so cleverly and attractively decorated, we wanted to move right in- how close it is (5 min drive or less) to both Manzanita and Nehalem, with plenty of businesses to support (we highly recommend The Happy Elephant)"

"The location is great with easy access to the beach and the arches which is the main attraction. The house was clean and comfortable. Pet friendly it has a small unfenced area in front of the house. There is also small gravel area behind the house with a picnic table. The house is surrounded by laurel hedges and blackberry bushes on three sides restricting views somewhat. The location is quiet with short drives to either Canon Beach or Manzanita. It's a nice location for a family vacation. "
