「Our stay at this property was disappointing due to several issues: 1. No Hair Dryer or Hot Water The room did not have a hair dryer, and there was no hot water available throughout our stay, which made it very inconvenient. 2. Lack of Basic Supplies The toilet paper roll was nearly empty when we arrived, and no refills were provided. 3. Excessive Humidity The room was extremely humid. After participating in a bioluminescence activity, we were unable to dry our wet clothes overnight—even...

「The area where the hotel was looked abandoned however there was a nice beach within minutes near. The staff was friendly accommodating and the room we had was an upgraded room with a jacuzzi. It was clean quiet and perfect for the location as we had a wedding 15 min away at the Villa. Keep in mind it’s one hour away from the Airport however if you have something g to do in the area then this is perfect.」
