“Staff was incredibly pleasant, helpful and always greeted you with smiles. The resort is extremely clean. You have a choice of 4 different restaurants. The drinks selections are very good. The beach is always clean. Plenty of things to do, but you also have your quiet spaces too. Just a beautiful place. ”

“We rate all the hotel staff 100%. We could not fault them at all. My partner suffered an injury at the end of our holiday and she was looked after by all. Everyone was caring and friendly. They could not do enough to help. She would like to thank everyone for their care and friendliness.
The food was excellent, the meals we had in Casanova were the best we have ever eaten in an all inclusive hotel. It was fine dining at its best.
Hotel, rooms and outdoor areas were spotlessly clean and well……
