Staff was great, they helped plan our excursions, kept our mini fridge filled with sodas and drinks and cleaned the room every day. Food was excellent and the bartenders and drinks were good also. Will definitely stay here again.

This resort was even better than expected! The staff were super friendly and helpful, the resort was kept quite clean, and the food was amazing (lots of restaurants to choose from). There was free shuttle service to and from the airport, and free water activities on the beach - including a catamaran ride to some caves. We experienced an issue where our hot water wasn't working in the room one day, and it was fixed almost immediately. Someone was also sent immediately to help when I accidently locked myself out of our room safe. Overall really loved the cozy atmosphere of this resort - wasn't too big or small and is right on the ocean. The ocean water was super warm and still, and the sand was very nice too.

The beach is outstanding and the pool is large and beautiful. The grounds are immaculately kept. The food was ok. There was not enough entertainment at night - mostly only the Piano bar which was fun but after a few nights it was redundant. Water sports were included and the guys running the show were awesome. England, O’Brian and O’Jay were experts in the water and made you feel very comfortable. The location on Bloody Bay can’t be beat. Fully enjoyed our stay!

Staff was very very helpful. Activities are easy to access and most are free of charge with your stay. Staff went above and beyond to also make my pregnant GF feel comfortable the entire time.

The staff at Couples Negril is amazing. The resort itself is very nice, getting a bit out dated for the times. Couples Negril is definitely a very relaxed atmosphere, I don't recommend if you are looking for a party atmosphere. The resort is basically silent after 10pm. Amenities and activities are plentiful. The workout gym definitely needs an upgrade as the equipment looks like it is from the 80's. Also the ceiling leaks terribly. Food was good. Bar staff was great. In all had a great chilled, relaxing vacation!!

Overall excellent low-key resort with lots of great free activities (sailing, waterskiing, catamaran cruise, snorkeling, diving, bonfire on beach, daily option to go to couples swept-away) and a beautiful beach with plenty of seating. The food at the a la carte restaurants was excellent but the buffet restaurant was just OK and was a little too hot at times. The drinks at the bars were very inconsistent in quality so we tried to stay with the same bartenders where possible. The property was always clean and well-maintained. Our "beachfront" room had a diagonal view of the water which was ok but some of the lower rooms had very limited views. Air conditioning in the rooms was excellent. Our only complaint was a noisy spa pump in the au natural area that we could hear from our balcony as well as the occasional au natural guest walking through our building (#9). The staff were all amazing (super friendly, helpful and fun).

The beach was beautiful and the water was nice and warm. The food throughout the resort other than the one lunch grill place was great. The lunch grill took a very long time and wasn’t very good. We paid for a beach view upgrade but the room did not have any beach views unless you went outside on your balcony and sat on the far chair.

My husband and I enjoyed every moment of our stay here. The staff was attentive. Their eyes were constantly on their vactioners. We were asked continously, «are you alright, do you assiatance with anything, can I get anything for you. Our room was serviced daily. The food was excellent. The beach was clean and the water waa calm. I would stay here again.
