“I had an excellent stay at the New Orleans Luxury Collection. My cousins and I went for Essence Fest and throughly enjoyed the proeperty. The apartment was spacious and decorated beautifully. We loved the space as well as the ease of having all things available like dishes, dishwasher, washer and dryer and stove. The rooftop pool was a bonus. “This was a modern apartment, with all amenities included. The washer/dryer was very helpful! A group of us stayed here while attending a conference at the convention center for a week. It was only a pleasant 0.8 mile walk to the convention center. If we wanted to visit the French quarter, we could take the Charles Ave trolley, which was one block away. “We enjoyed an amazing stay at this property. It’s very clean and had all the amenities we needed for a week ‘s vacation in New Orleans. The location is close to restaurants and shops. Many things are walkable during the day. I would suggest you Uber at night rather than walk but that’s true of most of New Orleans. We all felt very safe at the property. “My siblings and spouses booked a stay in New Orleans as it was the halfway point between Destin, Florida and Beaumont, Texas. Trying to find a hotel or rental property that had 3 King beds and located in a nice NO district was challenging, until we found this beautifully restored “shotgun” house on Tchoupitoulas Street! Located a few blocks from the trolley stop on St Charles, and walking distance from Rouses Grocery Store, it was exactly what we needed. Nearby Pascal Manale’s for fine dining……

“We had a lovely stay for a family vacation. The location is excellent and the off street gated parking was perfect. It was nice to have room to spread out and it was a very quiet and safe place to relax. I would just be aware that the unit is upstairs in case there is anyone in your party who can't climb. Also the bedroom curtains were rather sheer so lots of natural light comes in - lovely but also woke up my 9 yo pretty early! ”

“This is a great spot to enjoy New Orleans! The house has plenty of space, and it has a great classic New Orleans feel. You really get to feel like you are staying in New Orleans with this location with the big porch, and lovely furnishings. It is also just a block away from the trolley that can take you right to the French Quarter, and is also just a quick ride away from Magazine St or Frenchmen St. I would definitely recommend it!”
