This quiet, spacious home is on a private corner lot within walking distance of Batiquitos Lagoon, complete with trails for walking, exercise, and bird watching. Upscale beach towns with world-class surfing beaches are also minutes away in Encinitas, Oceanside, Leucadia and Cardiff-by-the-Sea. More adventure awaits at the nearby Calavera Highlands Preserve which offers an extensive trail network for walkers, hikers, and mountain bikers. The space
LIVING AREA

A sofa, daybed, and two armchairs set the scene for relaxation in the modern living area. When the sun sets, turn on the gas fireplace, kick back, and settle in to stream a movie on the smart TV. Also, get cozy with your favorite book in the loft.

KITCHEN & DINING

The modern, fully equipped kitchen features quartz countertops and high-end appliances. Plus, the beverage center offers an additional sink, wine refrigerator, coffee maker and blender. Hang out at the island bar or gather for meals around the 10-person dining table.

There's also a desk area if you need to get some work done.

BED & BATH

Find comfort in the large primary suite, complete with king bed, smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower.

Sleep soundly in the guest suite, offering a queen bed and a smart TV. The en-suite guest bathroom - also accessible via the hallway - features a walk-in shower.

The third bedroom is great for kids with two twin-over-twin bunk beds.

The fourth bedroom has a full-size bed and a twin trundle.

There is a third bathroom that comes with a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.

All bathrooms are equipped with shampoo and conditioner.

Portable crib (pack-and-play) and highchair are available.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Fun times await with cornhole and ping-pong table in the fenced backyard.

Guest access
Guests will have access to all of the property except the garage and the owner's closet which is located in the hallway close to the door that leads to the garage.
Other things to note
Complimentary high-speed internet with strong Wi-Fi coverage around the property (mesh Wi-Fi), a modern washer/dryer, and beach chairs/toys are provided.

Walking distance to Batiquitos Lagoon and hiking trails. Upscale beach towns with world-class surfing beaches are also minutes away in Encinitas, Leucadia and Cardiff-by-the-sea.)

Parking is available for three cars in the driveway. Additional street parking is available in front of the house on a first come, first-serve basis. But out of respect for our neighbors, we don't allow cars to park in front of the next-door neighbor's house.

Vacation Rental Contract
You are booking with Casago North County San Diego, a professional local property management company. We require guests to complete our own “Vacation Rental Agreement,” after they've made their booking. We do this to ensure quality and consistency for our guests and our homeowners.

Guest Ranger
Guests are required to complete Guest Ranger, an identify verification service. The link is imbedded in our contract which you will receive after you have completed your booking.

Children must be supervised if using the loft with spiral staircase.

This is a no smoking property (no smoking or vaping is allowed inside or outdoors).

Quiet hours are 10pm to 10am.

Fines for noise violations, indoor or outdoor smoking (vape, cigarette or other) and over-occupancy will apply.
