「The cottage was great. Very close to Carmel Beach Pt and Carmel Beach. Both walking distance. The court yard was wonderful. Sat out there almost everyday. Had a lovely dinner outside one warm clear evening. Beds were very comfortable. Drove to town which is very close. Hope to come again」

「Beautiful and comfortable dog friendly property. Nice location. Lovely hosts. Highly recommend and would stay again. Probably my favorite rental home.」

「Cleaned everything except sheets and was charged extra for not washing sheets ( stripped bed and left sheets in tub with towels as per hotels ) but no washer and dryer. 4pm checkin and 10am checkout seems like the host is prioritizing the cleaning crew over the guests. Instructions mention cottage although the room appears to be a half carport walled in under a house.」

「We arrived to a pristine and efficient space in Hatton Fields just southeast of downtown Carmel. The homeowners built this guest house on their property and did a fantastic job of creating a cozy getaway. From the clean design to efficient use of space, we thoroughly enjoyed the four days we spent there. They were uber-responsive to our requests and needs and we enjoyed the privacy.We would highly recommend this as a great landing spot for 1-2 people looking for a place to call home on your...

「Overall this property is excellent. Wood floors throughout make cleaning easy, living room seating fairly comfortable, beds were very comfortable, bathrooms updated/excellent and access to downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea or Highway 1 is easy. Quiet neighborhood and very friendly and helpful next door neighbor! Minor items -- would like to see newer coffee maker, mirrors in two of the bathrooms were small for the ladies, I am 81 years old so the walk downtown and the return walk was a bit of a...
