Beautiful hotel, with convenient to village. Restaurant in village best ravioli of our entire 12 days trip. Villa was lovely, comfortable and decorated beautifully. Would highly recommend. Though our villas was not walkable to the main hotel, it was peaceful and restful stay. Wish we could have stayed longer.

This was a beautiful and relaxing stay at the tail end of our Italy trip. The property is breathtaking. Breakfast at La Cantina del Redi was delicious. Wonderful coffee and fresh, well prepared food. The only major suggestion for improvement is to improve the quality and craft of the main hotel restaurant. Service was impeccable.

It’s really beautiful there. We loved our room and the amenities. The breakfast was nice, has all the basic you need. One disappointment is that the big beautiful building show on the main page IS NOT the hotel and IS NOT accessible to guests. The restaurant is bad, don’t eat there

It is a beautiful and true Tuscany villa experience. There is a small village within walking distance with magnificent views and charming. The drive there is very windy and difficult, so be prepared, but it is well worth it. There was a horrible smell at our villa (probably the AC). They changed us to a different room the next day. The staff were very courteous and helpful.

The location and the grounds is what will bring us back. The rooms are more than outdated. We understand the need to maintain a level or originality but that can be achieved whilst keeping it clean and updating bathrooms and furniture. The sofas were extremely filthy with stains and odor. The beds were incredibly hard, 3 days was barely doable. That said: Don’t let my honest review detract you from coming here. My reasoning for leaving this review is in hopes management will come across it and empower somebody to make some much needed improvements. Truth be told, our stay at Tenuta Di Artimino was the perfect way to cap off our tour of Italy.

Nearly perfect.. just outside of Florence.

Remarkable.. a last-minute trip to Florence (Firenze) had all the Florence hotels booked (except the stupid expensive ones and we needed 2 rooms) so we stayed here. All I can say is our next time in the area, we will stay in this property and drive in to Florence when we want to see the city. The views were spectacular. The staff was amongst the best you will have anywhere. Some of the rooms were newly renovated and still had some gotchas, although I am sure they will be fixed soon. I can absolutely understand why so many people have their weddings here. If you stay here, absolutely try the "just off the property" restaurant called Da Delfina (yelpers - go check it out). If you want to visit Florence, this is the way to do it. You can enjoy the stunning beauty of the countryside and drive in to spend the days in the city. You can thank me later ;-) This was an "accidental find" but a place we will certainly visit again.

Firstly we were given a terrible room that was not what we saw on the picture described in Expedia. I am a Platinum member and Expedia did not inform this to the hotel. Our room the first night was under the 20 square meters they say it had. It had tiny windows, small and clausthrophobic all noises were heard in that room from hallways and room next door. Shower was ridiculous we did not even shower this first night. We complained about this room though some staff tried to help by calling Expedia, nothing was resolved based on the high price paid for this first night. We managed to change to a better room Saturday after noon but the hassle of moving and dealing with this impaired us from enjoying the day. We spoke to the Manager and he assured would speak to Expedia and figure something out. We expected some consideration and adjustment of the price for the first night as €372 for a room that in two days was around €60 was a rip off. I am very dissapointed with Expedia as my trusted agency and being a Platinum member and the Manager of this hotel that did not do anything regarding the fair discount we asked for the first night Which was a terrible Experience between the cramped space and all that noise.

What a gorgeous place. Staying there is an experience in itself. The staff were incredible, the room was gorgeous and very clean, the spa was extremely relaxing, the wine tasting experience was so fun (Matteo was very knowledgeable) and the dinner was superb. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Der Ort und die Hotelanlage sind sehr besonders im positiven Sinne. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit aber nicht immer gut organisiert. Insbesondere beim Frühstück zu späteren Zeiten, kurz vor Schluss, hatte man weder das Buffet noch die Tischverteilung und auch die Versorgung mit Kaffee nicht mehr im Griff. Aber das ist nebensächlich, der ganze Ort ist besonders und erwacht Abends zum Leben.

Beautiful location on top of a hill in Tuscany. Staff was very accommodating. Sadly the room we were given was much smaller than the booking websites suggested and they didn’t have any other options in the same price range. The experience itself would likely be much better for families but us as a couple it didn’t feel very authentic and very much like a generic luxury resort that just happened to be in Tuscany. The food was expensive for the quality and the village where most of the rooms are doesn’t feel genuine since most of properties seem to be part of this hotel. The restaurant options are limited and clearly tailored around the half board experience which we’re not massive fans of. Maybe if we’d done more research we would’ve known. Overall I can’t fault it as a hotel experience but as a authentic Tuscan on it falls short and we wouldn’t go again.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Unterkunft, sehr sauber und sehr freundliches Personal, super Ausblick rundum für schöne Spaziergänge mitten in der Toskana, sehr reichhaltiges und gutes Frühstück, eine super Pool Anlage. Einziges Negative wir hatten eine zwischen Tür im Zimmer dadurch hat man alles im Nachbar Zimmer verstanden. Ps. Jeder Zeit wieder

Property is beautiful everywhere you turn, straight out of a movie! Hotel is located at the top of a mountain and you get to over see the vineyards and cities., absolutely beautiful views. The only downside is the hotel only has 2 restaurants that offer diner and they alternate on which night they are opened, you also need reservations in advance and even then tables with a view are not guaranteed.

Flot område men ligger lidt øde , værelser er meget gamle og slidte vores værelse lå 1 km væk fra hotellet i en lille by der var god service med gratis bil til og fra hotellet Morgen mad var rigtig god men kan ikke anbefale at spise på hotellet til aften , dårlig kvalitet og service Stedet virker megt gammelt og slidt
