Stephens Retreat is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home, centrally located in a quiet neighborhood on Lake Tahoe’s North Shore. It’s a true Tahoe retreat, ideal for 2 small families or a group of up to 11.

Enter on the first floor the spacious, open and tastefully decorated kitchen, living and dining areas, half bathroom in the hall and King Master bedroom suite off of the kitchen.

The modern, fully updated kitchen is a cook’s dream with 5 burner gas stove, double ovens and all the equipment needed to prepare and serve meals. Farm-style dining table can seat up to 10, plus there’s casual dining in the kitchen with 4 bar stools at the counter.

Snuggle in the living room by the gas fireplace and enjoy a movie on the large flat screen TV or curl up with a good book in one of the window seat nooks.

Step out of the living room onto the sunny deck to grill up something tasty on the gas BBQ (available in summer only) or simply to appreciate the aroma and serenity of the surrounding pines.

Upstairs you’ll find three more bedrooms. On one side of the hall is a spacious second King Master Suite with flat screen TV and twin-vanity bathroom. On the other side there’s a Queen bedroom with large flat screen TV and another bedroom with Queen-on-bottom, Twin-on-top bunkbeds and a separate Twin bed. These two bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill-style full bathroom.

From Stephens Retreat in the Agate Bay area, it’s so easy to get to beaches, hiking and biking trails, ski resorts, casinos, restaurants, shopping and virtually all the adventures Lake Tahoe offers. Wide neighborhood roads; a large, flat paved driveway; and a two car garage mean carefree access and ample parking year-round.

FINES RANGE FROM $1,500- 5,000 AND CAN BE ISSUED TO GUESTS WHO ARE NOT IN COMPLIANCE. A FULL LIST OF RULES IS ATTACHED AS A PHOTO IN THIS LISTING. SOME HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE:
•QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 9PM TO 8AM. NO NOISE SHALL BE HEARD ACROSS PROPERTY LINES. NO OUTDOOR SPEAKERS OR AMPLIFIED SOUND ARE TO BE USED AT ANY TIME.
•PARKING IS LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING NUMBER OF SPACES: 4 - STREET PARKING IS PROHIBITED YEAR-ROUND.
