Top Carrabelle Hotel Reviews

Wildwood Inn
4/10 Poor
"Cleaning staff needs training or better pay. Not sure of the pay rate but better pay might equal a better job by staff. Room had many spots that have been skipped for quite a while. Breakfast was a joke. I thought I was being pranked. Not up to par. Quality and selection were not there. Ac works great! Hot water during the day, never found her. Location is a bit remote. Stayed here many times under old hotel name and never had any issues."

The Panacea Motel
10/10 Excellent
"This was an anchor place while I showed my Grandson my loved beach places. We where very comfortable the room was cool and clean. We especially appreciated the fridge for cold drinks."

Franklin Inn
8/10 Good
"Our room was nice and clean, the staff was fantastic and super sweet. Loved them, the king sized bed was comfortable and the ac made the room nice and comfy. However, the shower was an accident waiting to happen. The floor of the shower was slippery so I threw a towel down for traction, there was nowhere to place shampoo or soap except on the toilet, there were no bars to hold onto. My husband is disabled so this made taking a shower extremely difficult. Fix this and we would love to come back the next time we’re in Carrabelle."

Coombs Inn & Suites
10/10 Excellent
"The Coombs Inn is such a unique and stunning place to stay. Having been built in 1901, it’s been maintained superbly. It did take us a minute to get the hang of the virtual check-in. I booked through Expedia and were receiving notifications via email and completely missed the check-in instructions sent directly from the hotel via text message. We were late checking in (around 9:30 PM). There was a number to call posted on the front door and I felt bad calling so late but a nice lady answered and directed us on where we needed to go. After we were set up with virtual check- in, it was very easy getting in and out of the hotel and our room. They do have two separate houses that are the Coombs Inn. They are located one street over from one another. We did not realize this and initially went to the wrong house. If I had checked my text messages prior, this would not have happened. So, thank you to the nice lady who answered the phone at 9:30 PM and calmly helped us! This is such a lovely place to stay, you will not regret your stay here."
