“Rural, quiet setting with clean modest house. We had a great stay! Owner was excellent to communicate with. House was in between the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. ”

“My daughter got married in Madison. We rented the Wadsworth so that she had a nice place to get ready. Everything was perfect. There was a beautiful Christmas tree in the living room and there was plenty of space for the hairdresser to come and fix hair. The bathroom had great mirrors and lighting for my daughter to do her makeup. It snowed and the owners made sure that there was salt on the sidewalks and that they were clear. I couldn't think of a better place for my daughter to get ready……

“This home is exceptional — furnishings, thoughtful touches like clear, kind notes, well-equipped kitchen. And the views are outstanding! While we were there, we saw the fog roll down the river! Madison is a wonderful town for strolling, and Clifty Falls Park is magnificent. ”

“Loved the house but we would have liked to have seen the house decorated for Christmas. Some places we have stayed at in the past were decorated. The other thing was we had dog hair on the sheets on multiple beds. The mattresses were not as comfortable for us older people and maybe tvs in bedrooms. ”

“The hot tub did not work, yard need mowed and weeds everywhere. Could not use grill to many weeds around it. Outside chairs were to dirty to sit in. Kitchen/Pots/Pans were filthy. I had to scrub pans before using and still did not come clean. Oven inside had grease an inch thick. Everything was dusty. I have a sinus infection now because of it. They did have bday decorations up and left a bottle of wine and bed was comfy but comforter was all torn. Bathroom was clean. When we texted the host……

“The pool wasn’t open for the season yet, and the weather would have been too cool; however there were so many amenities that were absolutely wonderful!”
