The condo was very cute and fit our needs. My only complaint was although the condo was clean overall when we checked in the stove was not cleaned and there were some pans that when pulled out had also not been washed well. "Had a great time with our family at this property. It was clean, had enough space for everyone and in a great location. Had something to offer for everyone. We had six kids under 5 and they all got along.. when does that ever happen?! Would definitely go back!"

"With 3 children 7 and under, we are very picky when choosing a place to stay. This place was PERFECT! It had the amenities we need a short drive away (pool, game room, and playground). When we travel we often find our kids needing to watch TV or play on their kindles to entertain themselves but they never asked once at this house because of the HUGE selection of toys and the Alexa that kept them entertained all morning. House was very clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay again!"

"As advertised. Updated, well appointed kitchen off roomy great room. Overall, quite comfortable. The unit apparently has a noise meter of some kind. I got a call while there that the meter had registered excessive noise. It must be faulty because it was just me there at the time and I didn't even have the TV on."

"We had a great stay, close to Wildcat Mountain and Attitash Mountain and North Conway. Good space for 4 families with a open living area/kitchen and then a full basement for kids to hang out in and loft area as an alternate space for kids. Nice to sit on the deck and take in the view."

"Beautiful house with great furnishings, comfortable beds, a well supplied kitchen, and plenty of outdoor amenities. Outdoor hot tub was an absolute hit with our group! Location is remote and quiet which is great for peaceful mornings and evenings, but it's still close to Woodstock/Lincoln for daytime activities. Be prepared to disconnect - there is wifi available but it is slow and spotty, especially with 4 users accessing at once."

"We had 3 families (6 adults and 9 kids ranging from 9 to 16) coming up to ski at Bretton Woods. The house was in a great location with an easy drive to the resort across the street. There was plenty of space for our big group. The house was well stocked and clean. It was amazing waking up to a beautiful view of the mountain every morning. The house was a hit with everyone…highly recommend!"

"We spent a relaxing three nights at the treehouse! It snowed while we there which just added to the beauty of the house itself. I appreciated the solid construction and the absolutely beautiful woodwork! Lots of useful and skillfully done details….the cupboards that pull out from the wall, the oversized shower, the beautiful deck! Its proximity to downtown Lincoln/Woodstock was great! "The place was great; clean, cozy, comfortable and convenient location to things we were doing. Just a couple of things to note as an FYI for the owners. Toilet tank leaked occasionally, I put a bucket under it, to capture the water. The kitchen sink, spray hose would not shut off. Also, a critter, probably a red squid, was in the upper left bedroom cubby. We had a great week and hope to return soon. Thank you Ken"
