“Nice resort but I would say this. Both pools should have been made bigger. They should have more things to do on the resort as well. Pool table, fuse ball table etc. There’s not much to do on the actual resort once the two pools are closed. Also the breakfast wasn’t good at all. It was mainly different types of breads. A lot of fruits which is always good. The resort was in a perfect location due to it being on the middle of everything. Everthing was walking distance which was perfect. ”

“Very nice property on the backside of the Walled City (away from the noise and hustle and bustle. A booked a getaway with my mother and aunt. We had a great time. Very cleaned property, location is convenient to everything, room was very nice with two separate bedrooms and full bathrooms. Staff were very attentive and courteous. Breakfast was delicious. I would stay here again and recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Cartagena.”

“Terrible! Avoid! Paid USD100 but no hot water to shower. Wasted 2 hours liasing with receptionist as was told to run the water longer. Well, I kept the shower and sink taps running for over 1 hour but still cold. Even checked the gas tanks with the receptionist who pressed the ignition switch several times but still no hot water. He then confirmed there will be no hot water on the day I stayed and said it actually happens all the time! Also: missing cover under duvet (which was dirty),……

“We had no hot water in the shower. The temperature was cool. The rooms do not have direct windows to the outside so they are very dark. No breakfast buffet and the breakfast they did serve was mediocre at best. Four slices of burnt stale toast for two people. No variety of foods. They don’t even give us water. Had to ask for butter and salt and pepper. Completely unprepared. Located on a busy street. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Don’t waste your money. ”
