"We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Neshi. This home is something special. The views are an easy 11/10 — and the fact that three of the five bedrooms get to wake up to those ocean views is a huge bonus. Watching tuna jump in the water from the balcony never got old.The house itself is beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable. The live-edge dining table was perfect for long family meals, the large BBQ got plenty of use, and the infinity-edge pool overlooking the ocean was a favourite gathering spot day and night. The primary bedroom felt like a private resort, with double rainfall showers plus an outdoor shower — pure luxury.We love to cook, so the well-stocked kitchen and double dishwashers were very much appreciated (especially with a full house). Everything was thoughtfully set up for a group stay.We did have a small hiccup at the beginning, but it was handled perfectly — the property manager answered immediately (no voicemail, no waiting) and resolved it quickly, which really set the tone for the rest of the stay.Honestly, the only reason I hesitate to give this place a glowing review is because I’d love to keep it a secret for myself. But it truly deserves every bit of praise. We would return in a heartbeat."

"As a solo female traveler, I’ll first say that I felt incredibly safe at all times. The cottage is in a quiet, gated community with upscale homes. Don and Angie were the perfect hosts! I took advantage of the pre-stocked grocery service, which means I was able to drive straight from the airport, grab a drink from the fridge, and enjoy the AMAZING VIEWS from the very private patio. I had a front row seat for the most incredible sunsets and rainbows. Next up, snorkeling. What a treat to be able to walk down a few steps and straight into the most beautiful turquoise waters. With a reef just to the left, I saw so many coral and fish! A little to the right of the cottage, I saw a sea turtle and even an eel! The only “downside” to this is that the snorkeling at all the other beaches I visited paled in comparison when the best snorkeling was right out my back door! Lastly, the cottage is primarily an open air concept by day, which is fine because you won’t be in the cottage! Everything closes up at night and the AC is nice and cool. If you’re debating booking this cottage, just do it. It’s the perfect spot to do absolutely nothing but stare at the sea and/or the perfect home base for exploring the rest of this beautiful island."

"This house was gorgeous and private. Great layout with a lovely kitchen and outdoor seating/eating area. Very short drive (5 minutes max) to Cas Abao, a gorgeous local beach with unbelievable snorkeling. My husband and I stayed at the end of the rainy season so the mosquitoes were plentiful but they were no match for some bug spray. Main bedroom bed was incredibly comfortable and the air conditioning made the evenings pleasant. Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay and appreciated the amazing communication while we were there with the property managers. "

"We had the most amazing stay at Villa Grandi Bista! Communication with the owner and property manager were easy. The house is in a neighborhood and has spectacular views, to the front towards the ocean and the back the countryside! The property is well laid out and the outside area, which is important to us was terrific! We will be back! "
