「Lo primero y más importante es el excelente servicio al cliente. Gracias a Rafael, Ebiele, Solange, Adilson y a todo el staff que me hicieron sentir en casa y en familia. Mi estadia fue de 14 días. .El desayuno muy bueno y completo. .La habitación muy cómoda y limpia, .Es un hotel muy bien ubicado a 2 calles de la playa, una zona llena de comercio( restaurantes, bares, etc.) muy seguro y con mucha presencia de la policía. Recomiendo este hotel 100% y espero poder volver pronto. 」

「The Hotel is a trendy hotel and close to Copacabana and Ipanema beaches. The room is clean though the washroom is relatively small. The food at the restaurant was good and we tried 2 nights there. Breakfast was betting than I expected. The staff were very helpful. We left at 4:20am to there Airport and they had prepared the breakfast and coffee for us to take away. 」

「Reception were welcoming, room adequate to my needs exceptionally clean. WiFi great. Breakfast a good range of options. Staff were all professional and friendly. Location fantastic 1 minute from the beach. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. 」

「From the time we arrived, until the time we checked out, our experience was incredible! All the staff from housekeeping to the wait staff on the 15th floor were accommodating & hospitable. The true rock stars of our stay were Shirley and William at the front desk. They went above and beyond to make are stay as comfortable & safe as possible. Every day we were always greeted with a smile. EVERYONE that we came in contact with is now considered family! Best customer service EVER!」
