“This may have been the cleanest hotel I have stayed at. And addition to being clean, it was in good shape--no bashed doorways or worn carpeting. Everything seemed nearly new.”

“Very comfortable room and nice hotel . My only complaint is about Expedia! It’s impossible to have a live conversation if you have to make an adjustment to the reservation. The only option is a AI chatbot or a Chat with an agent after working your way through the Chatbot . Better to book directly with Holiday Inn Express. Even then, I couldn’t talk directly to the Hotel and could only talk to the corporate customer service representatives. But at least I could have a real conversation with them.”

“Needs new towels, bedroom floors not too clean. Besides that, nice place to stay if you’re racing at Road America, plenty of places to have breakfast and dinner”

“The property was in complete disarray. There was not a gym even though one was advertised. There was stuff piled up in the pool area. To top it all is off, there was an issue with the sprinkler system, and the smoke alarm went off at 6am. There was also a urine stain on the mattress”

“The entire property was lovely, we had access to all amenities and there were shuttles that took us to all restaurants and the Sports core. Our room was clean and loved the bathroom! A very nice breakfast was included and coffee available all day. Happy hour offered a free beer or glass of wine and a full bar to purchase a drink. The staff was extremely helpful. They are expanding this property and it looks fantastic”

“We had a nice stay at The Osthoff Resort overall. The property was very clean, and we enjoyed both the pools and the beach. The location is beautiful, and the grounds are well maintained. That said, we were a little disappointed that so many activities came with additional fees. We were surprised that things like stand-up paddleboards and bikes weren’t included for resort guests. It would have made the experience feel like a better value. The only other issue was that the air conditioning in……

“Hotel is right on the riverwalk which is cool. Our room was clean and comfortable. They had some cool amenities for guests (bar and nice lounge) but we didn’t use them. Breakfast was very limited!”
