“A great place to stay just outside the city centre. 25 min walk into Belfast and feels safe. Near to the Botanical Gardens and Ulster Museum. Accomodation was clean and comfortable - great having a seating / dining area separate to the bedroom as we visited with friends and could have drinks together. Would stay here again if visiting Belfast.”

“The room is clean and tidy. Breakfast is well prepared. Landlady arranged late check in for us. But there is no hot water for shower. Because it was 23:00, we can’t call the landlady so we tried to email them but failed.
In the morning, I tried to ask Hotels.com to help me, in the chat room the staff was not helpful. ”

“We stayed in an apartment across the street from main part of hotel. We were assisted with our bags across the street. Staff were very good. & helpful.
The restaurant was closed for 2 nights so we ate in the bar, the food was good & the staff efficient. ”
