“Everything was great! No complaints and would stay here again for sure.”

“The hotel itself was under construction on one wing. Not that big of deal. I checked in early, which was nice. My room wasn't bad, I thought the bathroom was strange as it appeared to be a handicap bathroom, no bathtub all tile floor, again, odd but not that big of a deal. I wasn't a fan of the ROKU tv just because I wanted to watch some local stuff at times, but again, I dealt with it. I was in this hotel for 4 nights,, not once did I have anyone show up to clean the room, I had to find……

“There was an awful odor. I could not sleep all night for someone banging on something with possibly the work or construction crew. How many other people complain about the terrible noise all night till about 330 am”

“Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Great location.”

“The bed was very uncomfortable and the foldout bed even worse. When trying to use the media facilities, the front desk didn't know how to assist with machines that didn't work. Other front desk people were very helpful and understanding when we checked out earlier than anticipated. It was off putting to have to take out our own garbage and exchange dirty linen for clean. We'll read the fine print before we book next time.”

“The breakfast was great and the staff was nice, although the check-in time was a little long and a $300 deposit was required. It was a bit much, but understandable! It was to prevent people from smoking and bringing pets into the room. The room was a bit old, but some of the facilities in the room were upgraded and it was still very convenient to use.”

“Pool only goes to 3' ...I have a 5 yr old so I loved that!”

“Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Room was clean. What is with these hotels that think beds need to be 5 foot off the floor. I am only 5 foot tall, so had to use the stool to get on to the bed. Needless to say, it was not an idea situation. They need to add support bars in the tub for older citizens.”

“I was disappointed by the lack of communication and housekeeping. At check-in, I was not told that room cleaning was not provided daily, which was unexpected since I am not from the area. I also was not given the Wi-Fi password, and it was not posted anywhere in the room. Additionally, the window curtain would not roll down properly, which affected privacy and comfort. When I requested housekeeping on the third day, the room was not properly cleaned. The beds were made and towels replaced, but……

“The mattresses were awful on both beds. We had to take out our own garbage and our room was never cleaned during the week we stayed. The towels were only changed twice (we had to ask once when we asked for toilet paper as the room was never checked).”
