“This Hampton inn was a nice place in Casper and would definitely stay here again if back in the area.”

“Our room was awesome except the air conditioner was extremely loud. The front desk said they were having some issues with some of the air conditioners, they did offer to move us to another room when we inquired. We just ended up shutting the air off in the evening to avoid the awful noise. Staff were very pleasant.”

“This is not the place to stay if you have accessibility needs. Slapping a couple of bars in the bathroom and lowering the height of the bed does make a room accessibile.The first floor was basically in the basement. There is no elevator and if you are placed on the 1st floor and can’t use stairs they provide a very steep ramp which is difficult for someone with a walker. When we asked for additional pillows we were told they were out of them. In addition, there was no nightstand on one side of……

“Beautiful hotel...very chic! Was very clean and comfortable and it smelled fresh and clean! There was some construction/maintenance going on so the pool and hot tub were closed...but, we were forewarned of this (however, it would be nice to know BEFORE we booked a non refundable stay. We received the email after we booked). Breakfast was nice with the exception of the out of order juice dispenser. Overall, lovely and recommended!”

“The room was OK. The bed were pretty good pillows were not the best breakfast was pretty good, but so many things didn’t work. The ice machine what’s out of water the orange juice was out of order. There were other things that were out of order so they definitely need to update their property.”

“The breakfast was great and the staff was nice, although the check-in time was a little long and a $300 deposit was required. It was a bit much, but understandable! It was to prevent people from smoking and bringing pets into the room. The room was a bit old, but some of the facilities in the room were upgraded and it was still very convenient to use.”

“The best thing about this Hilton is the staff!!!!!!! Front desk....Restaurant....everyone... All very friendly and efficient. Also the food is excellent!!! A bit of a surprise...it has been great the last few years we've eaten there. Also the beds are very comfortable!!”

“New staff could not find my corporate rate and had no idea of how to get to that database. Almost total change over of staff is totally disruptive and new staff had no training and no idea where to start. Left premises because nobody seemed to know where to begin. Not worth staying there again.”

“We were disappointed in a few things, there was no toilet paper insert to hold the roll, the body wash and shampoo dispensers in the shower were empty.”

“Great price for a decent motel! The room was much cleaner than I expected—it was cozy and the bathroom was very nice. The staff were helpful and friendly. The outside looks sketchy but it’s nice inside. My only concern was the complimentary breakfast. The waffle batter was runny and made gross-tasting waffles. And there weren’t many other options to choose from besides the waffles. The seating area was also very small—just one table and a loveseat/couch.”
