「Our host was available as soon as we got off the water taxi. The apartment was clean, cool and conveniently located.The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, although we did not utilize 」

「This property is in a great location, really quiet yet just walking distance from the lively ports of Venice. Plenty of dining options around. The only issue is that there is no elevators and we stayed on the 3rd floor (4th floor for Americans) so if you are going to stay here pack lightly!」

「Our party of 7 (2 couples, 3 teenagers) stayed here for 3 nights. There was lots of space, we utilized both the kitchen and the laundry, and it was walking distance to things we wanted to see. The directions of using public transportation from the airport and to the train station were very specific and helpful. 」

Not directly in a touristy section, but a 5-10 minute walk to shops / restaurants - given the windy nature of venice roads, this was only 500m away. Giovanni went above and beyond, reaching out well in advance and providing thoughtful tips / suggestions for places to eat and visit. Really enjoyed, would book again. 」
