“Todo estuvo excelente durante mi estancia, el apartamento está muy bien ubicado cerca de la estación de trenes Bulle. El apartamento estaba super limpio, y cómodo, también tiene todos los utensilios por si deseas cocinar o calentar algo. La atención del personal fue excelente, estuvieron muy al pendiente de mi llegada. Recomiendo ampliamente este lugar para hospedarse.”

“当日はスイス鉄道のトラブルで荷物不達があり、フロントでその話をしたところ対処方法についていろいろアドバイスを頂きました。荷物は単なる遅配だったようで翌朝無事に受取が出来ました。また、シュヴァルブランのレストランを利用しましたが、担当下さったウェイターが大変温かいもてなしをして下さり、非常によい夕食を摂ることが出来ました。デザートに頂いたチーズとバーミセル（栗のクリームペーストを絞ったお菓子）が感動的に美味しかったです。ありがとうございました。”

“Séjour dans la siite familiale: très jolie et lits confortables. Repas au restaurant: excellent. Service très sympathique également. A 3 minutes à pied des Bains de la Gruyère.”

“Very good stay. I didn’t realise the hotel is named after the chocolate brand. Very nice visit to the chocolate factory too~ Restaurant staff is nice; but the reception staff not very friendly, always poker face.”

“Un excellent hôtel avec tout le confort recherché pour un 4 étoile (un minibar en plus serait la crise sur le gâteau). Idéal pour un séjour au calme et reposant. L'espace bien être est super. Il est à 15 minutes de Montreux, cela vaut le coup de s'éloigner un peu de la ville. Le restaurant est à recommander, comme l'hôtel. Continuez...”

“代堡的地理位置算是在山區，要經過一段山路才可以到達。其中有一個房間暖氣完全失靈且需要爬三層樓才能到達。 不過因為有熱氣球節，且會場就在飯店旁邊，所以一切都值得了！”

“I hate leaving negative info but for the benefit of future travelers, I have to be honest about a few items with this property: 1. It was absolutely buzzing with flies inside. There was spray and a fly swatter inside which indicates this must be a known issue to the property manager. It made our short stay very uncomfortable. 2. This is not a hot tub, it is a swedish bath. It was ice cold on arrival and would've taken hours to warm up to a useable temperature. That might've been ok but we……
