“Great location, you can visit the shopping center nearby and some food restaurant you can choose. ”

“I truly enjoyed the cocoa tea served at breakfast, and most of the staff were warm, friendly, and courteous. When I checked in, they kindly explained how to get to Baywalk Shopping Mall and introduced the hotel’s facilities. Even when I was waiting for a taxi early in the morning at 5:00 a.m. on my departure day, they thoughtfully took the time to recommend beautiful beaches in Soufrière and a bakery well worth visiting.”

“THIS IS THE PEACE THAT YOU CANNOT BUY!! I’d visit royalton over and over again!!”

“J'ai appréciée chaque instant passé au Fond doux resort. J'ai été très bien accueilli. Le cadre était très agréable. Les employés étaient très gentils et professionnels. J'étais déçu du manque d'entretien du cottage surtout au niveau de la salle de bain. À première vue par, la chambre était bien faite le lit était propre, mais, j'ai détesté la salle de bain des vers de terre étaient présents et beaucoup de crasses noires et des poussières! Désolée, mais je me dois d'être honnête.”

“more entertainment and more food variety”

“All staff members across every department of the resort were welcoming and helpful. The spa was so relaxing. The food was great at every location we ate, and the drinks were perfect every time. Our views were spectacular. Couldn’t have asked for a better first trip to St. Lucia!”

“The hotel, the rooms, and the furniture are all outdated. The furniture had stains on them. The ceiling looked like it was recovering from a leak. There were no activities offered at the hotel. However, the staff were AWESOME !!! They made my stay worth it. It was my birthday and they showed me so much love. The food options were limited (menu changes every two days) but the food was good and fresh. The hotel was located next to lots of restaurants/bars/nightclubs. The online pictures……

“My husband and I celebrated our 14th wedding anniversary at Windjammer Landing in Saint Lucia, and our stay was beautiful! Our two-bedroom, three-bathroom villa with a private infinity pool was a highlight. The views were breathtaking, and we loved having space to relax and enjoy time together. The beach was gorgeous, with clear water and little fish swimming around us. We also enjoyed a couples massage, which added to the relaxation. Between the villa, the views, and the beach, we had so many……

“During my stay, I went to the kitchen to order food and was met with incredibly rude and dismissive behavior from a female employee. She repeatedly rolled her eyes, appeared visibly annoyed, and treated me as though I was asking for free food rather than being a paying guest. She even stated, “Oh, I’m not feeling well,” before throwing a clipboard toward me instead of simply handing it to me. I felt extremely unwelcome and disrespected. I immediately reported the incident to Canosa, the Front……

“Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.”
