“Each time we choose to visit the lake and occasionally due to unpredictable circumstances; this hotel is the only option to stay ! It’s always clean , proximity to the beach area , stores and restaurants. The hotel staff is always accommodating. The location is our favorite , especially being close to the freeway, for any emergency exits .The staff are always friendly, the rooms are clean and the lake view is amazing! If you’re like us and like nice things , this location is the place to be .……

“The carpets in hall were not vacuumed the entire time we stayed. There was trash both nights in the hall. Never moved or picked up. The carpet in bedroom was dirty, my 10 year old took a shower and walked barefoot in the room and his feet were black from dirty carpet before he went to bed. Had to have him wash his feet and wear crocs while in the room.”

“When we made the reservation, we clearly indicated that our estimated arrival time would be around 3:00 a.m. In addition, your website states that the front desk is open 24 hours a day and does not mention any latest check-in time. However, when we arrived at 3:56 a.m., the front desk staff informed us that our reservation had been canceled because we had not arrived. This was completely unexpected, especially since we had already provided our estimated arrival time and relied on the……

“No hot water, dusty and musty room, phone did not work to contact the front desk, swirls all over the mirrors, door didn’t shut properly. Pool was freezing Staff is apologetic and great. Breakfast was good.”

“I stayed at this Hotel due to the positive reviews. I was looking for clean, comfortable with modern appliances. I was in a suite and it was beyond expectations. I had 2 large screen TV perfectly mounted. One for the bedroom area, and another one in the couch area. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with selection and quality. The staff at the buffet were extremely nice, helpful, pleasant. When I checked in, it was neutral. Nothing good, nothing bad. Just a normal checkin. However, it was……

“Very clean and well maintained. The TV was about 32 inches which isnt a big deal but its nice to watch TV in your room at night. The "beach towels" are tiny so take your own. Continental breakfast is "chilled food" so toast cereal yogurt. Kids in the adult pool most of the time. But overall for the price it was worth it.”
