"Place was a bit dirty, homeless encampment behind property, pool shut down. Staff was nice and friendly, beds were fairly comfy."

"Great little property close to the beach - reasonable rates, in walking distance to many things in the downtown OS area. Mini gym and one laundry/vending on site. Basic breakfast and coffee options, which were nice. A kerfuffle occurred at the main street connecting to 90/Bienville one night, as this is located at the over/under pass to Biloxi, but we did not hear a peep of the commotion and have stayed many other times at length........would still recommend."
