“The check-in process was strange to say the least. We arrived early and had no instructions on where to check-in. I texted the management company but received no response. So we walked around the property twice looking for an office with no luck. We finally walked into one of the businesses to get some guidance and they were kind enough to make a few phone calls to find the property manager. The manager eventually met us in front of one of the restaurants and was very helpful to check us……

“I stayed two nights here, my first room didn't have hot water for showers and the second room's thermostat battery was low and the air conditioning wasn't working properly as a result. Plus check out is super early at 10 am for some reason, and their policy is to charge you $25 to extend it to 11am. It would be much more convenient for customers if the check out were at 11am or 12pm. On the plus side, the hotel had a lot of amenities and was very clean and the staff were very nice and……
