"This home pretty much met all of our needs and was stocked with great supplies. Very spacious and incredible view of the Cedar River, which was serene and enchanting. It was nice to know the owners were nearby and very responsive. We will be frequent returnees as we have family there locally. We were very pleased overall with our stay and the lovelh accomodations."

"Place was very nice. Only complaint is that it is warmer upstairs so be prepared for cooler Pj’s. We even turned her down and shut vents. Otherwise great place to stay."

"Every other year we get together with all of the kids and grandkids at a new area. This year it was Waterloo. We had a great time being together and enjoyed music from kids, playing games and food. Everything ended too soon, but many memories made. The property met our expectations but the weather did not allow anything outdoor."

"This house has so much room for all the family/friends. Was very clean and loved that we could control the heat! Beds slept pretty good (nothing like your own)! I would recommend putting in a railing for the stairs and getting better pillows! (I was really glad I brought my own pillows) Overall had a wonderful stay!"

"The house fit our needs well. Friends and family in town for a wrestling tournament and the house worked great for all to meet up at and enjoy spending time together. Nice neighborhood. Large back yard and hot tub. Look forward to coming back in the summer to the same location."

"Overall a nice place....just needs a few more things. - More towels. We had 4 people, and only had 2 towel sets. We requested more, and got just 2 more bath towels, nothing else. - Curtains or shades on the windows. Would be nice to have more window coverings. - Garage Door - we couldn't get the system to open the garage door with our phone to work. Not sure if that was user error or there is something the owner needs to set up. - Master Shower - the shower curtain rod was one of those curved...
