"This is definitely visual false advertising. While the space was relatively clean on the inside, the outside of the resident was very sketchy, poor neighborhood,"ghetto-looking," so much so that my partner reimbursed me the money I had paid immediately, said we would NOT stay one minute in the residence overnight, and instead drove us straight to the Hilton Spark. As a man, he was very uncomfortable with the neighborhood - and I must admit, so was I. He did not even want to unpack the car...

"Mini fridge door would stick and not close completely resulting in frost build up and water on floor and in shelves of fridge, limited tv options no microwave . Otherwise clean stocked with towels decent linens (bed skirt would make a noise when bed was used .restaurant next door , fast food across street gas and misc in walking distance wall mart too and east close frwy access had pool 3 floors ac heat good bucket cups and hand soap provided flatscreen tv w remote 48”.good parking well lit . Pretty safe. And I’m from the hood so….? Yea safe. Had to get new key card for second day idk why it stopped working , suer annoying tho . Friendly helpful clerk . Coffee provided in am. Vending machines in lobby and washer dryers available as well. Price was not horrible but still more than I like to spend $62-63$ per night on weekend sat n sun nights 3pm check in land line in room a sm trash cans (2) side tables (2) marble desk top w cubby holes and chair clothes area w hangers sink separate from tub/shower , toilet w privacy door king size bed , three pillows memory foam , comfortable firm clean. Privacy blackout curtains and peep hole on door. No do not disturb sign provided"

"Was in room 205 balcony was fair..view was not good, it over looked into the alley and a very ugly private residence back yard. The room was clean and the staff we as great. The room was small with only one comfortable sitting chair. Breakfast was amazing."

"The location is amazing, the beach is gorgeous and the staff is so friendly and goes above and beyond for you. Things to note: 1. Only one firepit worked so that was a bummer as everyone wants to sit by them at night. Staff were unable to get the 2nd one working during our stay. 2. Shower head sprayed straight up to the ceiling and is ruining it / bubbly the paint and I expect water damage soon. 3. You won't get any cleaning in your room (fresh towels/vacuuming/bed making unless you ask for it. This bit of info was not relayed to me at check-in. Luckily I had enough towels to survive two days/ one night. But, be aware..."

"Front desk faces Moonridge and is open until 5. Kameron was helpful. Parking spaces are not large, consider driving a medium SUV or a smaller vehicle when you stay here. Slow down; easy to overshoot the two entrances from Moonridge. I stayed in the Crabapple room that faced the main road. While I felt safe, I did not want to open the window due to road noise. No fridge, microwave, or closet in room. Attractive decor throughout; it looks a bit overwhelming on the photos but is quite relaxing. The staff confirmed that the owner has a clear vision of what the decor should be. A couple had a wedding on the Saturday; they and some guests stayed overnight. It was good to see some of the wedding party at breakfast! The Inn could adjust the security light to not switch on whenever someone drives down Moonridge. The road is busy, so the security light stays on until after midnight and then goes on and off."
