I checked in very late, last minute and he greeted me with a friendly smile and when I asked if the tiki was open he said no BUT then went behind the bar (as the owner can) and found me a cold beverage after my long day of travel. And breakfast was delivered to my room the next morning again with a friendly smile. Room was spotless and in meticulous condition. Cannot wait to go back again. Mr.David was amazing, highly recommend to anyone who loves Bacalar. ”

“Perfect hotel for relaxation. The view is breathtaking. The room was huge we liked the separate toilet and shower stalls, the multi use shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We would have liked a bottle of lotion too. The on-site restaurant patio was a real bonus, the food was delicious and plated beautifully The waiters were very personable and professional. ”

“Excelente atención de todo el personal, el hotel es cómodo, limpio, seguro y bien ubicado, si usas auto. La única remendacion es que restrinjan a una hora prudente en la noche, el uso de la terraza y las áreas comunes porque se escucha todo el movimiento y ruidos en la habitaciónes. ”

“Really cute place. My GPS took me to a blue house next to it but they came out to get me to the right place. They really need a sign. The pool is actually at another place across the street but because of a really heavy rain storm, I did not use it. Great, secure parking but let them know if you need to leave early. The place was clean and a great vibe. The people were so nice. Higly recommend and will be back when in that area.”
