“The door on the toilet room is a really tight squeeze and actually stubbed my toe but other than that (oh and I thought there was a microwave but there was not) it was a good stay with a cool view of the river. Will take more advantage of the pool next time. We were there for a wedding this time.”

“Upon arrival it didn’t look bad. The staff I encountered first when checking in was polite and fast with getting me the room keys. I’m guessing that was around shift change. The rooms appeared to be nice and clean but there was a shortage of towels, rags, no sheets for the pull out sofa bed. On the app it says under their amenities a crib can be provided if requested. Started trying to ring the staff maybe 45 minutes after scoping the rooms and no answer at all. Walking around looking for……

“It was a very short stay. In at 11:30 pm and out at 6 am. Front desk associate was very nice and Friendly. Room was comfortable and air worked well”

“it's in a great location but after paying for reservations.when checking in they require more money for stay, and checking out they it would take a week to get deposit back so we had to cut our stay time after going to the Dr.ive stayed at different properties by them and never had that much issues , we asked for easy get around room cause we are disabled and the bathtub shower was hard to get in and out of because the outside of tub is higher to step in and when you step in the tub ain't deep……

“I booked through Expedia and my card was charged in full for the stay at 5am the day of. Usually I’m not charged until I check in. I had to put my card on file for a cleaning hold charge. Woke up to a 4am alert that an additional charge for what looked like a nights stay was taken from my account. I asked front desk and was advised the nightly audit charged my card because of a flag “collect money from guest”. They did not take responsibility and told me to contact my bank. On a holiday weekend.……

“The front desk staff were exceptionally nice. There were two elevators, one was not working, therefore it took quite a while getting on an elevator. Our room smelled like mildew and “closed up.” I actually ended up waking up in the middle of the night having breathing issues/coughing. Staff was great, but I would not stay again.”
