"House was nice and we enjoyed our time there. Deer greeted us morning and evening and walked right to us, kids loved it. Location was great for our skiing trip. The drive way was super steep and was a problem for a flat lander like me and my minivan. That was the biggest area of concern for us. "

"We didn’t spend a lot of time on property as we are an all women’s hiking group, so spent our days exploring the region, but while we were on property we enjoyed the well appointed kitchen, fireplace and hot tub. In the cold of winter the fireplace really took the chill off! The train that occasionally came by was hardly noticeable. Would stay here again. "

"The view from our cabin was gorgeous. We were in close proximity to Shenandoah National Park which was the purpose of our stay. Their rules are quite strict but we knew that going in. There are no toiletries provided which they also mention in the welcome letter but it would be a nice touch to include a bar of soap at least."

"My husband, daughter and I stayed here for 4 days during spring break. The cabin is beautiful and fully stocked with extra amenities to make it feel like home. The screened in porch was great for relaxing and we enjoyed the hammock. The kitchen is a good size, beds were very comfortable, the living room was spacious. We highly recommend this property! Kurtis was very attentive as well making sure we had everything we needed."
