"Super friendly staff, property is a little bit dated. The "spa"/pool area doesn't offer closed showers and has a lot of restrictions, spa water was murky and with lots of bugs"

"I was dismayed upon entering my room to find that there was no security bar on the door. Security is my first concern, even more than a comfortable bed. The hotel was otherwise fine. I liked having a fireplace in the room, although it took a bit of searching to find out how to turn it on!"

"All of the staff were very friendly. Jacks restaurant downstairs was excellent, especially the breakfast. 👏 We ate there once for dinner (Kobe beef sliders and Calzone) and three times for breakfast (omelet and Eggs Benedict and French Toast). There was a mixup in the beginning with the rooms (wrong room type and were not available till 5pm). But overall a great experience. "
