「We were thrilled to stay at Karl’s cottage and had an amazing time as always! We were able to see deer and turkeys throughout each day and enjoy the tire and tree swings on the property with our kids, and the upstairs is perfect for running and playing when it’s too windy, rainy, or cold. The house is perfectly located near Moonstone Beach, the playground, Fiscalini Ranch, and the town. We look forward to visiting again!」

「Such a great place to stay for a relaxing time in the central coast. Short minute walk to the beach and a place for the whole family to gather. It’s great to have a full bath and bedroom downstairs for those who struggle with stairs. We had everything we needed for a fun stay with several families together for our son’s wedding. Quiet, peaceful, clean, and a great location! 」

「VERY NICELY DECORATED WITH TASTEFUL FURNISHINGS. THE KITCHEN WAS VERY WELL STOCKED WITH EQUIPMENT AND SERVING PIECES.BEDROOMS AND BATHS FULLY EQUIPPED WITH LOTS OF TOWELS, AND GOOD TOWELS. VERY CLEAN AND NEAT AND EASY TO STAY IN. WIFI WAS EXCELLENT.WE WOULD RETURN AND BE BLESSED WITH A PERFECT PLACE TO BE. THE VIEW WAS LOVELY. 」
