The location is also great--right in downtown Delaware--but street noise was not an issue. There is also a great restaurant and bar downstairs which is great at the end of the day. "

"Sorry to give the landlord a heart attack by being late on check out. But the place is great. If you can figure out the bus you can go anywhere downtown and surrounding areas. Small but location is what makes it worth it, you’re there to see the city not the apartment."
