「Fun hidden gem just a few miles from Ohio Stadium. We were a party of 9 in town for OSU graduation, and this was a perfect house for us! Bathrooms and kitchen were like new and super clean, and the pool table and theater room were great for our down time. Spacious second floor deck with fire pit was awesome for the evenings. Location would be great for an OSU football game as well - we Ubered just a couple miles to 17th and High, and then walked to the stadium from there. Highly recommend!」

「The sheets and pillowcases had numerous stray hairs all over them. I had to remove and wash before using the bed. The wash cloths and towels were very dingy and spotted. The curtain rod in the bedroom had fallen so anyone could see into the bedroom the first night. Then without any communication it was fixed by the time we got back. Someone had entered the property without notice.」

「The apartment was clean, kitchen seemed minimally supplied but was ok for us as we didn’t plan to cook. It was right next to the hospital so it would be a good place to stay if you need close access to that facility. Hospital noise was not noticeable during our stay. The air conditioner unit in the main area did not work on a 90 degree day, which we didn’t realize until we got back from our event at 1030 pm. Thankfully the bedroom unit did. No hand soap in the bathroom. I did not receive check...

「Enjoyed my stay. I stayed in the Terrace Room which was very clean, and had a nice amount of space with a loveseat, chair and rocking chair. Small soaps are provided, and water pressure in the shower is amazing. I really enjoyed the breakfast provided on the weekend. The staff cooking breakfast was very sweet and accommodating. It would be nice if the TV was on a swivel as it's current angle it's hard to watch from the bed, but you can sit in the loveseat to watch it. I would stay here...

「The keys had just been changed and didn't work for the room. I had to drive back to the check in location and was told that it was my error and I should meet with the cleaning lady. The cleaning lady watched me try and saw the keys did not work properly so she lent me hers. A bat was in our room and was flying around during our attempt at sleep. We had to catch it ourselves because no one was on the premises to assist. This caused a lack of sleep for about 2-3 hours. Food was mediocre.」
