"The price, accommodations, proximity to New Albany were perfect for us! We felt safe, which is the greatest concern when booking from out of town and not knowing the areas. We didn't have a lot of time to visit the vast amount of upscale shopping and dining areas nearby, but for other people, this might be a huge plus! My other comments are to the management only, because we were in need of a safe, clean place to stay, with a bit of food to start our day, and EVERYONE DELIVERED--THANK YOU! I'm only stating the rest to the management in case you want to improve in these areas: If I were in management, I would tell the staff to use eye contact and smile. It was across the board (at the desk and kitchen). No smiles. I didn't pay for eye-contact and smiles--the contract with us was completed, but smiles used to be free, and they set a tone. I actually liked that housekeeping didn't clean in between the two nights (yet you offer it for free upon request). I always thought that was overkill for a two-night stay, and if it saves money, that's great! Thanks again!"

"The staff was top notch. This includes the valet, desk staff and bar staff. The service was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. The lobby was spacious and inviting. And the location to the convention center and the market cannot be beat! "

"Good stay and great value. Nothing fancy but very clean. Office/coffee house staff super friendly and accommodating. Way to go Ally! Our shower door didn’t stay all the way shut and water got in the floor. The late night staff brought more towels immediately. The breakfast sandwiches in the morning were tasty and good coffee. "

"The hotel was connected to the convention center where we had a volleyball tournament so it was convenient. Parking was easy. "
